In your On-Site Service requests, the relevant department will call you by phone and will listen to your problem and direct the service representative as soon as possible. Our on-site service reaches Istanbul the next day, and this time may vary depending on the service intensity.

Depending on the urgency of the work, the shuttle transportation time outside of Istanbul is the next day at the earliest and the same weekday at the latest.
